The Farmers Trust Building (now 20 Exchange Place) is located at 22 William Street in the financial district of Lower Manhattan and was completed in 1931. This limestone clad structure was designed by Cross & Cross and stands 743 feet tall with 54 floors. Farmers Trust was originally designed to have a pyramidal top, but the Depression changed the architect’s plans. This pewter replica stands 7 inches tall and is finished in antique gold.
