40 Wall Street

is located in the financial district of Manhattan in New York City and was completed in 1930. This building was designed by H. Craig Severance & Yasuo Matsui and Shreve & Lamb architects and stands 927 feet tall to the tip of the spire with 70 floors. 40 Wall , also known as Bank of Manhattan, is our new scale version in the 1”=150’ line of models . This pewter replica stands 6-1/2 inches tall and is finished in brown stain with green highlights. This model’s scale is 1 inch = 150 feet.
