Who are we ?IN FOCUS TECHNOLOGIES inc. is an Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing business. Our chief engineer has been involved in the hospital communication industry since 1974 and has been employed by a leading Nurse Call equipment manufacturer.The industry trend toward streamlining of product lines and strict profit awareness we feel has made our emergence into this industry possible. We custom design and build almost any imaginable product for the communications field and we warehouse most of our catalog items. When we say "custom design" we don't mean exorbitant engineering fees. If you request a quotation for a special application we do not charge for the design of the product only the parts and labor to produce it. The reason for this is simple, we gain a new customer and a new catalog item. This catalog and web site was born of that simple philosophy. It is with great pride that we make the claim "Made in the U.S.A." We feel you will be completely satisfied with our devices and to prove it we offer a full one year warranty on everything we sell. How To Order : Our normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 P.M. E.S.T. but we accept voice and Fax messages 24 hours a day. After hours calls requesting technical assistance and product information will be promptly returned.We will extend Net 30 days to all new accounts provided a Hard Copy P.O. is included. Shipping : We charge a minimal handling fee per box and standard U.P.S. zone rates.
