Home » 150' Scale   Manhattan Life 150 Manhattan Life was located at Broadway at Exchange Place in Manhattan and was completed in 1894. This building was designed by Kimball & Thompson and stood 348 feet tall with 18 floors. Another World’s Tallest building, it was demolished in 1930 to make way for the Irving Trust Tower. This pewter replica stands just under 2-3/4 inches tall and is finished in new pewter. This model’s scale is 1 inch = 150 feet.   Antique or New: Just like the picture!
